The vision of theGathering Fort Mill is to engage Fort Mill, the Carolinas, America, and the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We will:
- Prepare through service
- Plant missional churches
- Grow through local and international missions

At theGathering, we will strive to love as Christ loved, serve as Christ served, and live as Christ's community.
To love as Christ loved, we will:
- Love God (Matthew 22:37-38)
- Love people (Matthew 22:39)
- Love unconditionally (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)
- Love sacrificially (1 John 3:16)
To serve as Christ served, we will:
- Serve missionally (Matthew 28:18-20)
- Serve selflessly (Matthew 20:25-28; Philippians 2:4)
- Serve willingly (Philippians 2:5-7)
- Serve in God’s strength and to His glory (1 Peter 4:10-11)
To live as Christ’s community, we will:
