On Sunday, June 7, we will begin a phased re-opening for face-to-face WorshipGatherings. At this time, in order to maintain physical distancing, we will not be able to offer children's ministry. For those who are unable to join us in person, we will continue to live stream on our Facebook page.

Join us for worship each Sunday morning at 9:30am

God's Word

Ron Heefner has walked faithfully with the Lord for a lifetime. I have had the privilege of knowing him, learning from him and serving side-by-side with him for nearly a decade now. I assure you that his heart beats to know his God through His word. You will be blessed by his word below.

Pastor Derrick

How do you handle interruption of your routine? Where do you find the means to deal with this disruption?

Summer days while in college, I rode the commuter train from my work in Chicago to my parents' home in the suburbs. Dad got on at Cicero and asked how my day went. I remember the day of sad news. "They laid me off. What do I do now?"

I no longer ride that train. I don't see my Dad. But my Heavenly Father wants to meet me and hear how my day went. He wants to hear, "What do I do now?"

I can better deal with change if I daily meet my (Heavenly) Father in his constant Word. Have you met Him today?
